Spinnaker Capital evaluates each motion-picture opportunity on its own investment merits and within the intended portfolio. Our review examines commercial potential, rights, capitalization, distribution arrangements, contractual economics and execution risk.
Industry relationships create access, but do not determine investment approval. Each commitment remains subject to satisfactory diligence, portfolio fit, investment approval, available capital and definitive documentation.

UNDERWRITE & STRUCTURE
Evaluate budgets, financing sources, distribution fees, marketing obligations and revenue participation. Test downside scenarios, recoupment priorities and cash-flow timing, then assess position size and portfolio concentration.

SEG HOLDINGS — OPERATING PLATFORM
SEG Holdings is intended to build and support selected entertainment businesses, including production, audience development, marketing and commercialization capabilities. These activities require separate capital, business-level underwriting and governance.
Film-investment capital is not a general funding source for the operating platform. Participation in a film-investment vehicle does not automatically provide ownership in SEG Holdings, or vice versa.
